Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

Please be advised that all Art Wine Culture sales are final. In the event that your item is damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement of the product you ordered. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your product to alert us of the damage. Please include at least one photo of the damaged product, and notify us of your order number.  There is no need to return the damaged product to us.
